Original Images

This photo I asked the models to act like they were in mid-coversation to represent part of college life, although the background behind the wall isn't very attractive. The pose they are pulling looks quite staged even though it isn't meant to be, however was meant to be exaggerated.

The picture of this is quite simple taken in the creativity block of other students art work, the lighting in this picture is overexposed due to the use of the flash on the camera. The photo isn't very interesting because the colours have become quite dull under the flash, and it is unrelated to the theme of the other images.

This image has quite good lighting although the expression the model is pulling looks like he is a bit disinterested. We asked him to get his guitar from the music department to represent the artistic side of the college.

I like this image as it looks like the model is hard at work and the lighting is quite good as it not artificial to make the image look more natural. This image is taken at at a high angle which proves itself unique compared with the other ones taken.

This is another photo I like, i think the model looks like she is in mid-thought and is looking into the distance. The background is slightly unfocused to draw the viewer to focus more on the model. The lighting is from natural lighting which gives a good effect onto the image.

In the is image the model appears to look like she is in the middle of talking, therefore giving a negative impact on the photo. It is staged although the black material doesn't cover all of the background which gives an unprofessional approach.

In this image the model appears to be thinking to give a natural expression. I cropped this photo as i was able to use it in my contents page to give it a professional finish.

I asked the model to appear 'sad' in this photo and the photo is cropped so the viewer isn't distracted by the background. The image could be more focused although the lighting is quite good.
Many of these photos are taken at eye level which means that there isn't a varied amount of shots that have been experimented with.
